All our studio apartments feature approx. 550 sq. ft. of living space (far more than your average NYC hotel room); nine foot ceilings, one queen sized bed, color TV, private bath/shower, well-equipped kitchenettes, air conditioning, telephone/answering machines (free local calls), welcome food supplies (cereal, fresh gourmet coffee, teas, milk/half and half, fresh fruit), hairdryers, iron and ironing board, and sound-proofing insulation.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our mattresses. All bedding is hypo-allergenic and dust-mite protected.
