Last minute specials can be less than $200 per night. High season is typically April through July 4, and September through Christmas/New Year. Our goal is to beat the hotel average and to offer prices of up to 40% less than similar hotel rooms.

Mid season is March into early April, late June, early September and mid- December. Payment is accepted in either cash, travelers checks, money order, cashiers check, or company check form.
- A 25%* deposit is required at time of booking -- personal checks are accepted. The balance is due upon arrival per the information above. We do accept visa or mastercard for overseas visitors via a broker service, as well as for last minutes (deposit only).
- Cancellation policy is 30 days less $50 booking fee. (If we re-fill the apartment we will refund your money less any losses). Guests are liable for the balance when cancelling on or after 14 days prior to scheduled visit (21 days for longer bookings or during peak OR holiday periods). Within these periods guests are liable for date changes or early departures. if they conflict with our current schedule. We strongly suggest purchasing trip cancellation insurance via insuremytrip.com.
- A peak season $350 rate applies to late September and parts of October, the first week of November (NYC Marathon), the Thanksgiving holiday, and the first week of December. However please note that we have been discounting rates re. bad economy.
