This section of New York's Upper West Side is more native than tourist, and yet our bed and breakfast-styled apartments are centrally located (close to Central Park) and just far enough from the obvious that we can justify the paradox Country Inn the City. Although we have nothing against Times Square (a ten minute subway ride) we are in a sense the anti-Times Square. Many affluent New Yorkers have chosen to settle here and with good reason, but there is a lot more to our location than just affluent New York City.

Historically this area of Manhattan has been the domain of the artist and the outsider and vestiges of both still remain; the perfect place then for our inn to pursue the elusive best of both worlds experience.
