There are several ways to contact us. We specialize in extended stays (30 nights or more only). For last minute stays we suggest a phone call or email, or preferably both. In order to keep our pricing well below similar NYC hotel space our schedule comes first. Rates vary according to season (high season is the Spring and the Fall and most holiday periods). Before making your inquiry we strongly suggest you visit our suites page for more information, policies etc.
