Rates vary according to season. We now specialize (according to NYC law) in extended stays: high season is during the Spring and the Fall. Please email or call to make a reservation (30 days or more only). For more information on our suites please go to the SUITES page. Monthly rates start at $125 per night plus tax depending on time of year and availability. (Tax is 5.875% plus $5.50 daily occupancy tax). Please note that the hotel average for smaller/lesser rooms is now $280 per night plus tax (14.75% plus the daily occupancy).

SUPER SPECIAL

Terrace SUITE: May 2 to June 7th depart from $110 per night plus tax (must stay for a minimum of 30 nights per stay per NYC law). SImilar hotel rooms go for between $350 and $500 plus tax at this time of year! Tax is 5.875% plus $5.50 daily occupancy tax.

Cancellation policy

We must be notified prior to 30 days re. your deposit payment. All deposits will be returned less $50 booking fee.
All guests are liable for the balance via the credit card provided when canceling 21 days or less prior to arrival.
In all cases we will return any monies lost upon re-booking. We keep a wait list just in case.
