Rates vary according to season and are typically below the hotel average and considerably less than similar hotel suites/rooms. ($230 to $350).
Booking policy
Please note that due to our small size and the fact that we have kitchenettes (much like a vacation rental), we prioritize for longer stays. In order to keep our rates at discount levels (well below similar NYC hotel space) it is critical that we fill as many nights as possible. If in doubt we suggest a phone call or an email, rather via our online availability tool. All inquiries are subject to our approval/schedule. We accept Visa and Mastercard (no debit cards) for deposits (25%). The balance is due in either cash or travelers checks, money order, company check, or cashiers check upon arrival. Payee is Country Inn the City. PLEASE NOTE that the tax discount of approx. 9% when booking for 7 nights or more will not show up in the system. Once we approve the booking we will add the DISCOUNT.
Cancellation policy
We must be notified prior to 30 days re. your deposit payment. All deposits will be returned less $50 booking fee. All guests are liable for the balance via the credit card provided when canceling 21 days or less prior to arrival.
In all cases we will return any monies lost upon re-booking. We keep a wait list just in case.
